Chubbs Army is a mobile first social platform that’s specifically built for pet lovers. Our team thoughtfully designed this platform to bring pet owners, service providers and event organizers together in one connected digital platform. It is more than just a traditional social media platform. It’s the type of platform that actually makes it possible for users to share moments and enjoy gamified interactions that keep the community active. The vision was to create a space that feels both structured and lively. A place where community connection and genuine pet services exist side by side in a natural way. At Clicktap Solutions, we were proud to take ownership of the full journey. We delivered it successfully over six months.

The idea behind Chubbs Army was to design a dedicated social platform for pet lovers where community connection and actual value could coexist in the same space. At its core, the product was created to help pet owners connect and share experiences with a community. Also while opening clear monetization pathways for businesses and event organizers operating within the ecosystem. The challenge was to bring multiple layers together: social interaction, service discovery, event participation, e-commerce capabilities, gamification. All without compromising simplicity. The positioning focused on creating a platform that feels familiar like a social network but purposeful enough to support structured engagement.

This phase focuses on understanding the actual needs behind the product before any design or development begins. It combined market analysis with user behavior insights to identify gaps in existing social platforms and evaluate opportunities within the pet community space.

The platform needed to support three distinct user types: pet owners, service providers, event organizers. Each has different permissions and expectations. The core structural challenge was to design interactions across these roles without creating confusion.

The critical part was balancing advanced features like social feeds, events, subscriptions and monetization layers. All while maintaining smooth performance. Also avoiding feature overload with a rich experience was a major challenge.

The essential part was to retain user attention and bring consistent interaction as a new social platform. The key focus was on building mechanisms that naturally encouraged repeat usage throughout the product design process.

The system needed to be built with long term scalability in mind. It was supposed to support increasing users, content volume and transactions. To avoid limitations during future expansion, designing a flexible backend and modular architecture was essential.
ClickTap Solutions designed separate yet connected journeys for pet owners, service providers and event organizers to address multi user complexity. Each role had custom options while ensuring clarity and maintaining a unified platform experience.
