Consultants R US is a mobile workforce management platform that was designed and developed for the U.S. oil and petroleum industry. This platform is meant to help companies connect with skilled engineering professionals through a more organized digital experience. The platform was built to make the hiring process more simple. We actually created a centralized space where engineers can show their qualifications, certifications, availability and work preferences. On the employer side, this app makes talent discovery more efficient through structured profiles and smart filtering capabilities. This reduces the time spent searching for suitable candidates. We also developed a dedicated admin panel alongside the mobile application to support platform management and overall system performance.
